Low-Ticket Offer ("LTO"): A paid digital video training program (the "Stress-Proof Leadership" training or similar offering) delivered through our online platform. This is a self-paced digital course consisting of video content, assignments, and community engagement.

Higher-Ticket Offers ("HTO"): Additional programs including but not limited to crash courses, multi-day intensives, and group coaching programs, offered at various price points. These may be presented as optional next steps after completing the LTO.

The specific details, pricing, and structure of each offering are described on the applicable sales or order page at the time of purchase.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our Services. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are displayed on the applicable sales or order page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though any price change will not affect purchases already completed.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe or other third-party payment processors. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and current.

Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions for accessing your purchased content. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

4. DIGITAL PRODUCT ACCESS AND DELIVERY

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the applicable digital content through our online platform. Access is typically provided immediately or within a few hours of purchase.

Content Delivery: Video content is delivered sequentially. You may be required to complete one video or assignment before the next becomes available.

Time-Limited Access and Deadlines: Certain offers include time-sensitive components, including deadlines for completing content, accessing discount pricing, or enrolling in additional programs. These deadlines begin from the date of your purchase unless otherwise stated. Specific timelines are communicated on the sales page and in follow-up communications.

Deadline Enforcement: We enforce all stated deadlines without exception. If a discount or enrollment window expires, it will not be extended or reopened. This policy applies equally to all participants. We believe in operating with full integrity, and that means honoring the timelines we set.

5. REFUND POLICY

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, which is accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once access to the content has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to digital content and that you waive any right to a refund once that access is provided.

All content included in our Services — including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, images, worksheets, templates, methodologies (including the ATA Method), and any other materials — is the exclusive property of DS Success Group, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your License: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content for your personal and professional development purposes only.

You may NOT:

•  Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content with third parties

•  Upload, post, or make content available on any public platform or website

•  Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content

•  Use any content to create derivative works or competing products

•  Record, screenshot, or capture any video or audio content for redistribution

•  Use any content in connection with artificial intelligence training or tools without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and may subject you to legal action.

7. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND USER CONDUCT

Our Services may include community features such as comment sections, discussion areas, or group interactions. By participating, you agree to:

•  Treat all participants and staff with respect and professionalism

•  Refrain from posting spam, promotional content, or solicitations

•  Not share content from the program outside the community

•  Complete assignments honestly and engage in good faith

•  Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind

We reserve the right to remove any user from our community or revoke access to our Services at our sole discretion, without refund, if we determine that a user has violated these guidelines or is otherwise disruptive to the community experience.

Individual results vary and depend on many factors including, but not limited to, your individual effort, commitment, circumstances, and consistency of practice.

Any examples of results shared in our marketing materials, testimonials, or content represent individual experiences and are not intended as guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DS SUCCESS GROUP, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

•  Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Services

•  Any conduct or content of any third party within our community or platform

•  Any content obtained from the Services

•  Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your information

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DS SUCCESS GROUP, LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DS Success Group, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and DS Success Group, LLC regarding the use of our Services, and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
